Captain Jeff Hill was one of four crewmembers killed in a C-17 plane crash on 28 July 2010, on Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. A memorial scholarship was created in his name shortly after his death, with the mission of providing financial assistance for educational expenses to young cadets in the US Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC).

Jeff tackled every day of his life with enthusiasm, a great attitude, a smile, and a little witty sarcasm. He was an absolute joy to be around and his infectious personality drew people to him.  He loved the Air Force and the outdoors, but loved being a father and husband most of all. He gave his life in support of his country and left a legacy of helping others.  Through the Jeff Hill Legacy Fund, we strive to keep his memory alive while helping young cadets achieve their goals of becoming officers in the United States Air Force.

Please consider helping donate to this well deserving cause. Thank you for your support and good luck in the ERX Extreme 5K.
